About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will handle conveyancing files autonomously with minimal supervision and provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the settlement process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage conveyancing files from beginning to end, including CATS, PEXA, and other required programs.
  • Liaise with clients, take instructions, and maintain professional communication.
  • Manage residential and commercial settlements, prepare necessary documentation, and liaise with clients and external parties.
  • Prepare and draft Contracts of Sale, Form 1 Vendor Statements, land division documents, and other required documents.
  • Assist with commercial leases and business settlements as needed.
  • Provide general advice to clients throughout the settlement process.
  • Draft special conditions and other legal documents, and assist real estate agents as required.
  • Consistently work diligently and thoroughly.
  • Assist in answering overflow calls.
About the Candidate:

We are looking for a Conveyancer with experience in handling conveyancing files autonomously, proficient in using conveyancing software, and a strong understanding of residential and commercial settlements.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanour with strong client management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and draft various legal documents accurately.
  • Well-dressed and neat office attire at all times.
  • Friendly and professional with colleagues and clients.
  • Avoid involvement in office politics and address issues directly with the employer.
  • No personal use of mobile phones during working hours, except for work-related applications.
