Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client briefing through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison and Project Initiation: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and key market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with day-to-day leads on the client side and partner agencies.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs, desired outcomes, timelines, and priorities are met.

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Oversee the connectivity, consistency, and timely delivery of response components including strategy, comms planning, investment, and optimization.
  • Work closely with Planning and Activation Teams to translate client requests into detailed project plans, task allocation, timelines, and resource requirements.

Resource Management:

  • Evaluate workload and capacity of Planning and Activation teams, reallocating tasks and adjusting priorities for optimal productivity and project delivery.
  • Identify needs for additional resources or adjustments in team compositions based on project demands and timelines.

Client Negotiation and Communication:

  • Manage client expectations regarding project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Negotiate timelines and priorities with clients, especially when balancing multiple projects or adjustments are needed.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all project outputs meet agency's high standards and client specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor and improve work produced by Planning and Activation teams.
