About the Role

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team at our Bathurst store. As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our sales floor team and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You'll lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections.
  2. Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
  3. Manage high stock volumes and process deliveries with ease.
  4. Communicate effectively with your team and delegate tasks with confidence.
  5. Self-motivate and multitask on the shop floor during quieter periods.
  6. Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
