Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic Richmond office. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in phone-based customer service and administration, with a strong focus on problem-solving and issue resolution. They will be responsible for managing technical support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service level agreements.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, requiring the successful candidate to work closely with our team lead and service delivery manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, some technical knowledge, and experience in customer support.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to and managing technical support tickets
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining service level agreements
  • Following change management processes
  • Keeping operational documentation up to date
