About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Traffic Systems Specialist to contribute to diverse traffic, transport, and civil design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service requests relating to traffic, parking, and street lighting
- Review and approve Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) for internal delivery teams and external contractors
- Assess applications for WWRR, MOA, and NHRV permits
- Prepare road geometric concept designs using CAD software
- Develop functional and concept traffic and active transport path designs using CAD software

Requirements
- Previous experience/exposure as an engineer in Victorian local government
- Tertiary Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Institute of Engineers Australia
- CAD experience in roads, roads and drainage, and traffic
- Project or traffic experience and/or introduction to design experience
