Profitable Casualty Treaty Business Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Casualty Treaty Underwriter to contribute to the local business and Asia and Global Casualty plans. This role involves underwriting renewal and new profitable casualty treaty business, primarily originating from Australia & New Zealand markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Underwriting: Analyze treaty submissions, evaluate original insurance wordings, use underwriting tools and pricing models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and follow best practices.
- Client and Broker Interactions: Seek new opportunities, provide structured solutions, build strong relationships, strengthen Swiss Re's value proposition, and support technical training.
- Planning and Controlling/Risk Management: Contribute to business plans, update and enhance tools, ensure ORM compliance, and prepare reports.
This position requires a strong background in casualty underwriting, client management, negotiation skills, and analytical proficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in treaty structures, contracts, and portfolio analysis, as well as knowledge of CTP and Workers Compensation schemes.
