Content Review Specialist

This position is responsible for reviewing and editing written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review written reports, articles, proposals, marketing materials, publications, and other client communications to ensure they meet high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with authors, desktop publishers, and Client Support reps to meet deadlines and deliver results-driven content.
  • Ensure conformity with company style guides and house conventions.
  • Report to the Publication Services editor and keep them informed of unresolved issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent academic record and strong writing skills.
  • At least two years of experience in content review or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
