Investor Relations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial markets and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and manage investor relations activities: Assist in the preparation of various deliverables, including full year, half year, and quarter reports, as well as AGM and investor days.
  • Maintain IR systems and databases: Oversee the maintenance of the IR Insight Nasdaq system and analyze investor register trends to create insightful reports.
  • Manage investor inquiries and requests: Respond to incoming investor requests and maintain the Investor Relations website with up-to-date information.
  • Analyze market trends and data: Create insightful listed markets and peer analysis for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Financial analysis and modeling skills: Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and communication.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills: Ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Team player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
