Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and organised Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Specialist Community Mental Health Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical care coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration between patients, clinicians, and community stakeholders.
  • Develop diverse professional portfolios, including experience in depot and clozapine clinics, supporting consumer fitness groups, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, utilising expertise to perform mental health and psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans.
  • Support team leadership, collaborating with the Team Manager to contribute to a cohesive and efficient team environment.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, engaging in clinical auditing, research, and evaluation initiatives to continuously improve patient care outcomes and service delivery.
About You
  • You hold a current practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • You have demonstrated clinical expertise and experience in mental health services.
  • You possess strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • You are committed to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
What We Offer
  • A generous annual salary of $96,786 - $123,511 (pro rata), based on the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network's salary scale.
