Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Under general oversight, manages and executes all aspects of rigging up and down Sand Control service line equipment at work sites to deliver Sand Control pumping services.
  • Coordinates and supervises Sand Control personnel during service execution at the work site.
  • Prepares necessary planning for operations, including providing instructions to the crew and managing equipment utilization.
  • Ensures client satisfaction with the services rendered.
  • Oversees service operators during the rigging processes and the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
  • May conduct data collection and distribution related to Sand Control operations as required.
  • Coordinates the cleanup, maintenance, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
  • Plans and executes necessary calculations for the job at the work site as needed.
  • Provides feedback on the performance of subordinates and facilitates training to improve job effectiveness.
  • Job tasks, when performed correctly, contribute indirectly to cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Errors in execution can be easily measured and contained.
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of secondary education and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Operator in Sand Control.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional skills within the service line and possess a general understanding of other service functions.
  • Must have successfully completed company assessments or met task guideline standards.
  • Completion of Stimulation training courses and Safety training is required.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all applicable rules and regulations of Halliburton Energy Services and Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are essential.
  • Basic reading comprehension and writing abilities are required.
  • Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
  • Licensure for driving commercial vehicles may be necessary.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental responsibility, adhering to all relevant safety and environmental protocols.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Actively participates in quality improvement initiatives.
