Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Under general supervision, manages and executes all aspects of the assembly and disassembly of Sand Control service line equipment at various job sites to deliver Sand Control pumping services.
- Coordinates and supervises Sand Control personnel during service execution at the job site.
- Prepares necessary planning for the job, including providing instructions to the crew and managing equipment utilized.
- Ensures client satisfaction with the services rendered.
- Oversees service operators during the setup and teardown of service line equipment, as well as the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service tasks.
- May conduct data collection and distribution related to Sand Control operations as required.
- Coordinates cleanup, maintenance, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
- Plans and executes essential calculations for the overall job at the job site as necessary.
- Provides feedback on the performance of subordinates and conducts training to improve job effectiveness.
- Job tasks, when performed correctly, have an indirect impact on cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and profitability.
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school or equivalent education, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Operator in Sand Control.
- Must possess advanced skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
- Must have successfully completed company assessments or met task guideline criteria.
- Completion of Stimulation 1 and 2, as well as Safety training courses, is required.
- Must be knowledgeable of all Halliburton Energy Services (HES) regulations and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
- Basic mathematical skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are necessary.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing abilities are required.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
- Licensure for operating commercial vehicles may be necessary.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental responsibility, adhering to all relevant safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with HSE standards and guidelines.
- Actively participates in quality improvement initiatives.
