Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals of all ages, including the elderly and people with disabilities.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing domestic assistance to clients in their homes, including light housework and assisting with meal preparation tasks.
  • You will also assist clients in accessing the community, such as accompanying them to the supermarket.
  • You will provide personal care and support to clients, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and heard.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • You must have exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally kind and compassionate disposition.
  • You will need a Level 2 First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
  • You will require a current driver's license and your own registered and insured vehicle.
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability is preferred but not essential.
