About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a proactive and organised professional to play a key role in supporting graduate, traineeship, apprenticeship and student planner programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless and enriching experience for candidates.
  • The successful candidate will support annual event planning, logistics, and project facilitation through diligent resource coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintaining meticulous records, contracts, and essential documentation is crucial to upholding compliance with administrative policies and standards.

  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or related field is highly regarded.
  • Highly experienced professionals in utilising MS Suite, SharePoint, and other administrative support applications will be considered.
