About the Role

The Quality Assurance Officer (APS4) plays a critical role in supporting the Team Leader and providing accurate, timely, and confidential quality assurance of offer and execution phases of the grant lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify grant offer documents and provide clear advice to Round Coordinators on errors and discrepancies between sources.
  • Support the grant approval and execution process by providing clear recommendations to the delegate in relation to changes to a funding arrangement, new Agreements, novations, terminations, and non-standard emails from grant recipients and other stakeholders.
  • Process signed agreements, Deeds of Variation, Notices of Change, Deeds of Novation, and Deeds of Termination, and release payments where relevant.
  • Finalize requests and documents post-sign-off by the delegate and ensure they are sent to the correct grant recipient and relevant Funding Arrangement Manager.
  • Maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting and inform future projections.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in Currie St, Adelaide, and will involve working regular business hours Monday to Friday. The anticipated start date is ASAP, and onboarding time is expected to be 2-4 weeks.

Estimated Salary:

$50.30 per hour, inclusive of casual loading, plus superannuation benefits.
