About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers and other critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems, including feeders, transformers, generators, and UPS systems.
  • Investigate and resolve faults in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and other critical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external contractors to ensure effective maintenance and repair of facilities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
Requirements
  • NSW Electrical License or equivalent.
  • Experience in data center operations and maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including feeders, transformers, generators, and UPS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
