About the Role
The Village Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring that the lifestyle and hospitality needs of all residents are met. This includes delivering key services such as care, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance, as well as assisting with the apartment sale/resale process.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise village maintenance requirements, including liaising with external contractors
- Monitor village income and expenditure in line with the annual operating and capital works budgets
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and experience
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Village Manager to join our team at VMCH. Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration and knowledge of the Retirement Living industry. Hospitality experience and sales skills would be highly regarded.
