About the Role

The Village Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring that the lifestyle and hospitality needs of all residents are met. This includes the delivery of key services such as care, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the provision of care and support services to residents
  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of village facilities and grounds
  • Coordinate the sale and resale of apartments
  • Monitor village income and expenditure in line with the annual operating and capital works budgets

About You

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team. Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration and knowledge of the Retirement Living industry. Hospitality experience and sales skills would be highly regarded.

  • Ability to recognize, prioritize, and action emergency or critical responses
  • Well-developed organizational skills with experience in meeting deadlines and juggling competing priorities
