Providence Village Operations Manager

About the Role
The Village Manager at VMCH is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Providence village are effectively managed, meeting the lifestyle and hospitality needs of all residents.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivery of key services including care, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance
- Assist with the apartment sale/resale process
- Supervision of village maintenance requirements, including liaising with external contractors
- Monitoring village income and expenditure in line with the annual operating and capital works budgets
About You
Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration and knowledge of the Retirement Living industry. Hospitality experience and sales experience are highly regarded.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Experience in recognising, prioritising, and actioning emergency or critical responses to issues as they arise
- Well-developed organisational skills with demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines while juggling competing priorities
- A high level of initiative and a commonsense approach when solving problems or making decisions
