Compassionate Care Professional Wanted

We're seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our care team. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we need someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care.
This dynamic role requires close collaboration with clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams. You'll be responsible for providing resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner, enabling our residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.
About the RoleTo succeed in this role, you'll need a strong focus on resident satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues alike. You'll also need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow set safety procedures at all times.
- Demonstrated experience working in the Australian Aged Care Sector (1 year minimum)
- Hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or completed 1st year nursing studies
- Must have industry compliance with NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
This is a physically demanding role requiring regular movement, bending, lifting, pushing, and squatting to perform duties safely. All Carer roles will complete an online medical assessment prior to formal offer to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
