Job Title: Bar Operations Manager

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the daily operation of our hotel's bar outlets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervising high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar 5-star environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with efficiency and anticipate customer requests or concerns
  • Experience with inventory management and stock control
  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
