Job Description:

As a Christmas Casual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile on their face. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, receiving and restocking stock, as well as picking and packing online orders. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a memorable experience for every customer.
  • Support your team to achieve sales and KPI goals.
  • Keep stock moving by receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelves.
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Bring positivity and a team-first attitude to every shift.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a genuine enthusiasm for sneakers and streetwear. Experience in retail is a plus, but not necessary. If you're self-motivated, goal-driven, and love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment, we want to hear from you.
