Do you enjoy helping people and delivering great customer service? Ultimate Flooring Xtra is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic consultant to join our team An interest in design and an eye for colour is a bonus, but most important is your positive personality and customer focus.

We pride ourselves on delivering the ultimate experience for every customer, from homeowners to businesses, by providing expert advice and high-quality flooring, blinds, and shutters to suit every budget.

As a key member of our customer service and sales team, you'll help guide customers through their selection process with confidence and creativity. No prior industry experience? No problem We offer full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For:

A willingness to learn and grow

A friendly, people-first approach

A creative mindset with an eye for design (a bonus, not essential)

Sales experience in a similar industry (preferred but not essential)

Self-motivated and target-driven

Great communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with computers and administration tasks

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
