Job Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join our retail team. As a key player in providing excellent customer service, you'll be the face of our brand, representing our values and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and empowered.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • You'll be responsible for creating memorable and empowering experiences for customers, with a passion for retail and customer service.
  • Ability to use your initiative and think on your feet, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills, with the ability to hear people out and provide solutions.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
