Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to manage our payroll operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to work in a dynamic environment and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Verify the accuracy of payroll data, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and superannuation contributions.
- Calculate tax, superannuation, and other statutory deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process payroll end-to-end when necessary, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the manager with project work, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience leading teams, preferably in a payroll or financial services context.
- Availability to work in Sydney CBD offices at least three times a week, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
- End-to-end payroll processing experience, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
