Are you a motivated individual with a passion for real estate sales and administration? We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Sales & Leasing Cadet. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to transition into commercial real estate sales, working directly with Joint Managing Directors.

This dynamic role involves assisting with sales and leasing campaigns, prospecting, lead generation, appraisals, and database management. You will also be responsible for liaising with current clients, preparing vendor reports, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Additionally, you will conduct inspections, assist with appraisals & submissions, and support research and analysis efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years' experience in real estate sales, along with strong verbal and written skills. A current Sales Registration is also required. If you possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.
