Business Development Manager - Audit Expert

You will play a key role in driving growth by developing new and existing client relationships, leading highly skilled project teams, and delivering a first-class customer experience on high-profile engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Strategy Definition and Execution: Define and execute audit strategy in consultation with the Partner, ensuring compliance with policies and protocols.
  • Audit Process Management: Manage the Audit process effectively, considering audit risk issues and accounting technical matters.
  • Fieldwork Leadership: Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the Audit process.
  • Accounting Expertise: Provide expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and related financial reporting matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandarin Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • SOX or PCAOB Experience: Experience with SOX or PCAOB is desirable.
  • Audit Delivery Experience: Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills in planning, execution, and reporting on audits.
