Future-Focused Audit Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced audit professional to join our team in Perth. As an expert in audit strategy, execution, and compliance, you'll play a key role in driving growth by developing new and existing client relationships, leading high-performing project teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting frameworks, financial reporting, and auditing standards. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients. Experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements, as well as expertise in SOX or PCAOB, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit Strategy and Execution: Define and execute audit strategies, in consultation with the Partner, ensuring compliance with policies and protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless audit processes.
  • Expertise and Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and related financial reporting matters.
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: A strong academic record, including a degree and progress towards/completion of a recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience as an auditor, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to management.
