  • Work on console to coordinate and facilitate real-time risk conversations during major test operations and flights.
  • Assign and track various projects aimed at reducing or managing risks to the program and vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering problem-solving in design, analysis, or test of systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including remote work capability and concise progress reporting.
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed and work extended hours based on schedules.
