  • Mustering cattle on horseback;
  • Weighing cattle;
  • Fencing maintenance;
  • Spraying weeds;
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Horsemanship skills in a cattle environment including grazing and mustering;
  • Experience with cattle, including loading and unloading;
  • Skills in stock handling work; loading, unloading, yarding and tagging;
  • Knowledge and experience in farm work including fencing repair, general maintenance, and loader operation;
  • An understanding and commitment to animal welfare;
  • A physical ability to maintain the strenuous activities involved in this role;
  • Good organisational and time management skills;
  • Q-Fever vaccination is mandatory;
  • A commitment to safe work practices;
