This position involves managing inventory, order processing, and import coordination. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will oversee the entire supply chain process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, labeling parcels, and coordinating with shipping carriers.

Responsibilities

">

- Process orders in a timely manner and prepare them for shipment

- Upload shipment tracking information to ensure customers receive their updates
- Coordinate with shipping carriers as needed and troubleshoot any issues delaying fulfillment
- Verify all orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner

Inventory Management

">

- Arrange and sort warehouse goods/items
- Manage returns and replacements, checking functionality status and contacting relevant parties
- Maintain inbound and outbound activity logs and monitor shipments movement
- Ensure inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date

Import Affairs

">

- Oversee affairs related to inbound containers from overseas to local warehouses
- Follow up with customs brokers and forwarders to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare necessary documents, such as bills and packing lists, for import/export shipments

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- SAP Supply Chain Management experience (required)
- Forklift License (required)
