Operations Excellence Leader

Job Description:

As an Operations Excellence Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance across our distribution centers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting departments and management teams with financial and quantitative insights, reports, and analysis
  • Verifying correct invoicing and quality checking of main cost drivers
  • Identifying and driving areas of improvement and defining potential action plans
  • Defining framework and report structures to follow up on business results
  • Supporting and driving contract negotiations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of controlling, logistics, and finance
  • Good understanding of cross-functional departments and collaboration within regions
  • Skills in project management, prioritization, and business cases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
