Career Opportunity

As Regional Services Director, you will lead an experienced and dedicated team at our Toowoomba Multiservice Centre, overseeing operations including CHSP, NDIS, and CDC home care packages in the Darling Downs region.

Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the multiservice team, ensuring effective service delivery and quality of care. This includes overseeing centre operations in all matters relating to standard of care, legislative requirements, staffing, finances, and business operations.

Requirements for Success

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in aged or community care
  • Extensive knowledge of home care standards, understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support and Consumer Directed Care programs
  • Strong track record in leading person-centred, quality, and compliant services to improve the well-being of the frail aged
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business and resource planning, to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • High levels of emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of others
  • Open Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance
