Housekeeping Team Lead

This key position oversees a high-quality Housekeeping team under the guidance of the Housekeeping Manager.

  • Leads the Housekeeping team responsible for cleaning self-contained chalets, hotel-style rooms, caravan park, public areas, and amenities.
  • Coordinates daily room requirements and conducts pre-arrival checks to ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintains adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.
  • Monitors guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service standards.
  • Trains and develops team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • E nsures Health and Safety compliance across all areas.

The Location

Karri Valley Resort is situated in the Southwest region of WA, approximately 3.5 hours' drive from Perth and 15 minutes from Pemberton. The resort offers various accommodations, including lakeside rooms, forest chalets, and campsites. Surrounded by Karri trees in the Beedelup National Park.

About You

We seek an individual with strong leadership skills, who embodies trust and integrity. Additionally, you will have:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
