We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Shepparton. As part of the organization, you will help engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople access products they need to maintain essential services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and product information
- Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
- Contribute to inventory management and stock control activities
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Is willing to learn and adapt to new systems
- Can use a computer and is proficient in basic software applications
- Has a clean valid driver's license and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
