Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Service Coordinator.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients within our Specialist Clinics. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all patients receive a high level of customer service and administrative support throughout their journey through the hospital;
- Providing accurate and timely information to patients and stakeholders regarding hospital services and procedures;
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, staff and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive work environment;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. A sound understanding of healthcare services and procedures is also desirable.
