Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our field team and implement scientific projects. The successful candidate will operate daily partnership with sales lead teams to deliver scientific messages developed by Medical Marketing to meet medical strategic needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute Field Medical strategic and tactical plans;
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs);
  • Coordinate Scientific Training activities;
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Medical field and Sales team;
  • Drive consolidation of Medical Experts/Key stakeholder insights to align Medical strategy;
  • Ensure strict medical compliance in Medical field and workplace screening daily activities;
  • Measure KPIs related to medical and workplace screening field activities;
  • Lead and manage Medical Field Team and workplace screening team;
  • Develop and optimize Field Medical and workplace screening Team capabilities;
  • Responsible for performance management, evaluation process, and organization talent review process for Medical and workplace screening Operations team;
  • Coach Medical field to develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree required (Science, Marketing, Communication);
  • Previous experience (4-5 years) as Marketing Medical Manager or Area Manager in a Pharma or Medical Device Industry;
  • Strong People Management experience;
  • Knowledge of Medical department and Business;
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams;
  • Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to take initiative;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with change management is desired;
  • Fluent in English.
