Manager, Youth Lived Experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our youth lived experience team.

  • The successful candidate will provide operational management and support to specific lived experience roles, drawing on their own experiences of using the public mental health system.
About You

Key qualifications for this role include extensive experience in youth lived experience activities, such as consultation, collaboration, co-design, and peer work.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Lead and guide improvement projects across bed-based, subacute, and community programs.
  2. Develop approaches to youth lived experience consultation for 12 – 14 year olds.

You will be part of shaping our youth lived experience programs and contributing to building a legacy for youth mental health in Victoria.
