About the Role

The online department is responsible for selecting and packing orders by a team of Personal Shoppers. These orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to customers in our vans.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be accountable for the day-to-day running of the online department. You'll take pride in delivering a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members, and community.
