Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at IPAR, you will enjoy the flexibility and independence to structure your day while being part of a dynamic team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Supported by a robust corporate framework, your role will encompass:
- Case Management: Handle manageable caseloads with the assistance of Rehabilitation Assistants to streamline administrative responsibilities.
- Clinical Application: Utilize your clinical expertise to enhance return-to-work outcomes for clients.
- Program Development: Collaborate with employers and employees to create and implement injury prevention and workplace education initiatives.
- Collaborative Work: Engage with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to foster a supportive environment.
- Assessment Execution: Conduct various assessments leveraging your clinical skills, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
- In-depth clinical knowledge of pathologies.
- Exceptional communication skills to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Strong time management abilities, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating innovation and initiative.
- A genuine passion for injury prevention and the associated health benefits.
- Motivation and enthusiasm to expand our services.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
