Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Manage a caseload of injured workers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful return to work outcomes.
- Clinical Expertise: Apply your clinical knowledge and skills to conduct assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide ongoing support to injured workers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with employers, employees, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
- Professional Membership: Be a full professional member of the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC).
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Time Management and Autonomy: Demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Be a creative problem-solver, with the ability to think innovatively and develop solutions to complex challenges.
- Passion for Injury Prevention: Demonstrate a genuine passion for injury prevention and return to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Driver's Licence and Vehicle: Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a vehicle.
