Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This part-time opportunity will suit someone with a passion for payroll and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably working in an Employment Hero payroll system. Additionally, experience working in a scaling business environment would be beneficial. A positive and solution-focused mindset is essential for this role, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Key responsibilities include managing payroll accurately and efficiently, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of effective payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
