Technical Test Manager Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will be responsible for driving the development of a comprehensive test strategy, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a test strategy that covers functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Leading the adoption of modern automation frameworks for API and Microservices testing.
  • Establishing best practices for shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and test automation.
  • Overseeing test environment management, including data provisioning and dependencies.

Stakeholder Management:

The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that testing and quality assurance goals are aligned with overall transformation program objectives, roadmaps, and business priorities.

Test Automation & Tooling:

The Technical Test Manager will lead the adoption of test automation frameworks, implement best practices for performance, security, and non-functional testing, and utilize tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, JMeter, Cypress, or Playwright for automated testing.
