Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical testing teams and possess strong technical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all test phases across value streams and projects, analyzing and reporting on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years' experience managing a technical testing team
  • Strong technical skills/understanding with experience in delivery of large mission critical systems, various cloud environments, and large databases and applications like Oracle
  • Experience in standard development, delivery, and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, Prince2, ISO9001, ITSM, SIAM, or similar
  • Working with and implementing project delivery and testing tools in a DevOps/DevSecOps framework
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (desirable)
  • Professional certification and minimum 1 year practical experience in CMMi or TMMi
