Our Transaction Support team plays a key role in executing complex transactions. As a leader, you will oversee due diligence engagements and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

About the Role:

In our Corporate Finance division, you will manage multiple projects, lead junior staff, and drive strategic growth by delivering tailored insights and advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction support - execution of buy side and sell side due diligence projects
  • Due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for IPOs
  • Sales and Purchase Agreement advisory
  • Forecast reviews
  • Manage and develop teams of finance professionals
  • Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
About You:

You are a seasoned finance professional with a passion for transactions and a strong foundation in financial analysis. With experience managing teams and projects, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with clients to deliver business value.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5-7 years' experience in transaction support or corporate development
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving project success
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset

Education Requirements:

  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
  • Completed CA or equivalent certification
