Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to work with a dynamic organization, providing high-level support to a senior leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive level support, including negotiation and communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as supervising and mentoring junior staff members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to a senior leader, including preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they meet their objectives and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Research: Conduct research and gather information as required to support the development of reports, presentations, and other materials.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
  • SIGNIFICANT DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE in high-level administration and executive or personal assistant roles;
  • Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Experience in research and overseeing admin-related projects;
  • Proven people management skills and ability to lead a team;
