Our payroll services encompass end-to-end fortnightly processing, ensuring compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation. This involves managing employee records, processing salary sacrifice payments, and reconciling superannuation contributions.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Processing: Oversee the entire payroll cycle, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Employee Records & Payments: Maintain up-to-date employee information, process payments, and reconcile superannuation contributions.
  3. Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll precision, reporting, and internal control adherence.
  4. Employee Support: Address payroll queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance on payroll policies.
  5. End-of-Year & Compliance Reporting: Assist with payroll tax, superannuation audits, and financial reporting obligations.
  6. Payroll System & Process Improvement: Maintain payroll systems, implement process enhancements, and support system updates.
  7. Leave & Entitlement Management: Monitor and reconcile leave balances, manage time-in-lieu records, and oversee time and attendance data.
The Successful Applicant
  1. Must have extensive experience in full-cycle payroll management.
  2. Should be familiar with Synergetic or willing to learn new processes and systems.
  3. Ability to work efficiently within a team environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Availability to work on-site 5 days a week in Toorak.
