About the Role

Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindergarten room. Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

We are looking for an Early Childhood educator who possesses a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds. You will have a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education, relevant teaching registration, a current Working with Children's Check and a current First Aid Certificate.
