About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Brisbane Adelaide Street. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Provide a safe and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive community

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Paid)
