Key Account Manager

The primary objective of this role is to cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across all life sciences customer segments.

  • Develop and implement targeted account strategies & plans to differentiate our products, achieve projected growth, revenue, and market share across all product lines.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database in Salesforce.com with timely forecasting for the territory and rigorous funnel management.
  • Track competitive market share, win/loss data, fully understanding competitive selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and marketing communications personnel to provide creative content approach strategies for existing products and new product launches.
  • Represent the organization in customer negotiations, purchasing agreements, and CDA/NDAs, trade shows, seminars, conferences and other official occasions, leading customer-facing business reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences subject area and minimum 3 years' experience in strategic field sales selling hardware into the life science industry.
