**Job Opportunity for Early Childhood Educators**
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic educators to join our team as casual educators. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity for children and security for staff.
This is a flexible opportunity where you can cover programming, sick days, and lunch covers, as well as step in for longer periods of time covering holidays or new positions. We strive to roster in advance but value your ability to be available at short notice and for multiple shifts throughout the week.
In this role, you will work as an Early Childhood Educator, providing high-quality care and education to children. You will have the opportunity to gain experience working across multiple services, with no two days ever being the same.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing situations.
